MALDICIONES A collaboration with Atelier Wonder inspired by ex-voto and the practice of votive offering, where objects are placed without intention of recovery in expectation of the fulfillment of some desire, MALDICIONES, seeks to make the wearer an altar of their own shortcomings.
The concept of humility figures strongly in this idea, that by adorning yourself with your own faults, owning them and presenting them to the world, you have the opportunity to remove their power. That by surrendering you are indeed stronger. That by inviting dialogue you stand warmer than the chapel wall. That from every dark hallway you have emerged, there is exists the precious opportunity to go back in for others.
